6.Shipping Time Frame
We will deliver your sex doll to your doorstep about 5-12 business days:
Manufacturing will take 1-3 business days.
Shipping will take 5-12 days (depending on your location).
7.Shipping Procedure
Your sex doll will be manufactured expertly and with care. The following procedure will take place after you place the order:
a1.An order confirmation will be email to you after we receive the payment.
a2.We start manufacturing your love doll.
a3.Once the sex doll is ready, we will send you factory photos so you can confirm everything looks as it should. (upon request: please put the request under the order notes).
a4.After confirmation, we will ship the doll and provide you with tracking number. You can check the shipping status with the tracking number.
a5.The doll will be delivered to your home or any location that's suitable for you.
8.Order Cancellations:
Order processing starts within 12 hours of receipt of your order in general, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button.
If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to cancel your order, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee for your canceled orders.
If we have finished your doll and you insist on canceling your order, 50% will be charged.
In another case, we not only finished your doll, but also shipped it,then the order will not be cancelled, please understand.

9.Quality Control:
We have established a strict quality control system, and every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our factory with firm privacy-preserving packaging and guaranteed logistics. We perform a quality check on your dolls before we ship them to you. Therefore, there will be unlikely any damage or defects on your dolls.
10.Damages & Warranty
We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.
--Wrong Dolls
When you receive the doll and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will report and check to our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.
– Damaged Dolls
You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depends on how severe damage it is. For slight damage, we will provide all the necessary kits to help you fix the item.
So you must inspect it from head to toe before using it on receipt of the doll. This is very important. If you have any complaints or dissatisfaction, please feel free to contact us within 24 hours. It is also important to include as much detail as possible including any images and videos, in which case email us at hmtech@foxmail.com. We can then work to resolve the issue.
If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not eligible for any return or exchange. You must have common sense and take care of the item to avoid any damage to the product.
What is not covered under the guarantee?
– User damage – All of the dolls have been performed a quality check before we ship to you. When you use the doll, please take care. Any suspicious and user-generated damage will not be covered. To learn more about caring for the dolls, please visit this page.
– Used Dolls – Any dolls which have been used will not be eligible under the guarantee.
11.Undeliverable Orders
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 50% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
